Metrology refers to as a series of activies through which unified units are realized and accurate and reliable values are ensured. It is related to the national economy and people’s livelihood and involves all industries.         GRGT has many laboratories, involving in electronics, length, mechanics, thermals, physics and chemistry, medical equipment, electrical testing and maintenance and more than 8,000 sets of advanced precision standard equipment and instruments, up to international and domestic level.

        GRGT has established several measurement standards after being approved by local quality and technical supervision bureauses, including 103 the highest standards measurement for enterprises. GRGT is the accredited metrology and calibration institution for record in Guangdong Province, Zhejiang Province, Suzhou City and Nanjing City.

        GRGT is quite qualified for the metrology and calibration of instrument and equipment in 10 major fields such as electromagnetism, radio, time frequency, geometric sense, mechanics, thermology, chemistry, optics, acoustics, ionizing radiation and medicine, as well as the testing of measuring equipment and electric power equipment. A total of 1001 items are accredited by CNAS/DILAC.

        Approved by Equipment Development Department of People‘s Republic of China Central Military Commission, GRGT obtained accreditation certificate of military calibration and test laboratory and a total of 101 items were accredited.
